City Library

Seen from above, the City Library looks like a keyhole mounded tomb.
On the first floor, an actual small shura (wooden sled) and a life-size model of a large shura are exhibited.
Also exhibited is a diorama depicting an imaginary scene of constructing a mounded tomb. This diorama consists of dolls made of Japanese traditional paper.
This elaborate and intriguing diorama portrays the four seasons, and is sure to make you feel as if you have slipped back in time.
