Total length of the mound: 290 m

This is the second largest mounded tomb in the Furuichi Mounded Tomb Group, and the ninth largest in Japan.

As a result of excavation, cylindrical haniwa (earthenware funerary figures) and cladding stones have been discovered.

In addition, it has been confirmed that the erection of this tomb entailed large-scale construction work, such as filling a valley and heaping up earth.
