Length of the mound: 60 m

Compared with other mounded tombs in the Furuichi Mounded Tomb Group, this keyhole mounded tomb is small, but retains its original features in relatively good condition.

Although the tomb’s surrounding moat is buried presently, it is believed that a shield-shaped moat used to surround the mound, and that there used to be a row of haniwa (earthenware funerary figures).
